Food was delicious! My partner had the cold Soba as it was a very hot day & I had the udon noodles although they were hot it was worth it! Perfect meal to have before/after a lot of walking & exploring Kyoto. Great service too

Nice spacious spot. Plenty of seating, quick turn around on delicious and cheap food. An actually well done English menu as well. The soba was perfect as was the donburi my wife tried. Definitely a must-go if you're in the area

Very good food with a very friendly and attentive staff. I would love to have had a little more pork and veggies in my ramen but besides that I really enjoyed myself. Service was fast and i would definitely eat here again. It’s also nice that they take credit cards.

We happened to be close by looking for a Sushi place and decided to give this place a try. As the ground floor was busy we had been asked to use the first floor which is a nice and quiet place for dinner (first floor has been packed with locals). We ordered the menu which offered a nice selection of really fresh sushi (in Japan the Wasabi is typically between the rice and the fish, so expect it to be more spicy than what you might be familiar with).

Curry udon with beef is so yummy. Their special tofu skin udon tasted like home.

Tasty, chewy noodles for the value and location. Did not include the hot noodle soup (sobayu) though. We tried the cold matcha udon and regular soba. The matcha udon did not taste special- only looked green. I would only recommend the soba set.

The food is fast and the service, attentive. I am not very impressed by the ramen, which is too salty for my liking. The price is definitely reasonable.
